After three years of sweet success, Pretty Puds, the beloved dessert shop on High Street, is set to embark on a new chapter.
The original owners, Angela and James Hughes, with Angela's sister Sam Parker managing the shop, the four sisters - Sam, Sharon, Angela, and Mandy - have worked at the High Street shop, along with two of their nieces.
This family, have dedicated their time to bringing joy to the community with their delectable treats. Under their guidance, the shop has become a cherished local destination.
However, the family has decided the time has come to pass the baton. The new owners, Akshay and Katie Sharma, are excited to take over and continue the legacy of Pretty Puds. The shop has been temporarily closed for a few days to allow for a smooth transition.
Akshay and Katie are pleased to announce the shop is NOW open from 11am to 11pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 11am to 10pm Monday to Thursday.
The new owners are planning to introduce additional product lines to complement the current offering, watch this space.
The festive season sees the return of the very popular Christmas Cheesecake boxes. satisfy every sweet tooth, with a selection A selection of 6 individual handmade of mouth watering treats all made on site as Cheesecakes, including some seasonal well as showcasing some local suppliers. Flavours perfect to finish your Christmas lunch. Orders are now being taken, along with bespoke orders for larger Cheesecakes.
Their vast menu can be enjoyed within their dining area overlooking The Buttercross or delivered to your door.
