Whether it’s the latest technology, including a 3D optical coherence tomography (OCT) scan, hearing tests, contact lens teaching or ear wax removal, the knowledgeable and experienced team are on hand to help. A MECs(minor eye conditions) service is also available which means customers with minor eye-related concerns to be seen by an optician in-store as an alternative to visiting a hospital or their GP. And when it comes to choosing a pair of frames, a wide range is available for customers to choose from. 

As part of the store’s work within the community, a defibrillator has been installed  for anyone to use in the event of an emergency. The team continues to support multiple community groups and events within Newport and the surrounding area,including, Newport in Bloom, Newport Bowls Club, Harper Adams University, Shifnal Golf Club and Shifnal Cricket Club. Members of the team have also  visited local schools to talk to pupils as part of their science lessons.
