Be inspired in the kitchen

As the nights draw in and autumn is just around
the corner
Weston Park’s Head Chef Guy Day
has a
delicious line up for you on his Hints & Tips culinary
workshops.
During his demonstrations Guy lets guests into some
of his secrets and offers practical hints and tips on a
wide range of themes. Devised to give home cooks
and foodies both a practical guide and inspiration
these sessions are also a great way to pick up new
recipe ideas.
Based around a demonstration on a chosen theme,
guests are encouraged to ask questions, sample the
delights on offer and leave with a recipe pack to take
home. Each Hints and Tips session is then followed
by a three-course lunch in the Granary Grill on the
estate.
On Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st the theme is
Taste of the Sea where Guy will demonstrate dishes
inspired by seasonal fish and seafood.
In readiness for the festive season and to give your
Christmas plans a head start Guy’s Festive Hints & Tips
will take place on Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th and
Thursday 26th November.
Each session starts at 11amwith coffee in the Granary
Deli followed by the workshops at 11.15am. A three-
course lunch inspired by the theme is then served
in the Granary Grill. Places cost £23 each and pre-
